Just Jane's Hangout
Just Janes is a cosy, single-storey cottage tucked just behind The Red Lion, perfect for couples, solo travellers, or small families looking for a peaceful countryside escape. Everything is on one floor, giving it a snug and accessible feel, and with parking right outside the door, it’s incredibly convenient. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a private shower room, and a warm, homely living space with WiFi and a Smart TV. It’s pet friendly, too, making it ideal for guests wanting to bring a four-legged friend along. Whether you’re visiting the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre or simply enjoying a quiet break in the village, Just Janes offers a relaxed, welcoming base just a few steps from the pub.
The Beehive
The Beehive is our larger two-floor cottage, offering a bright, airy stay with plenty of room to settle in and make yourself at home. Downstairs, the kitchen-diner provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, while upstairs you’ll find a spacious lounge, a cosy bedroom, and a private bathroom. Sleeping up to four adults, with a large pull-out sofa in the lounge, it’s perfect for families, friends, or guests wanting a little more space during their countryside visit. The cottage sits just opposite the small village shop, with parking right nearby, and it’s only a few steps from the warmth and good food of the pub. With its extra space and homely feel, The Beehive is ideal for longer stays or anyone wanting a comfortable base while exploring East Kirkby and the surrounding area.
